About The Role: 

Super Retail Group has a clear vision for the future – to become a world-class Omni Retailer. In this role, you will support the team in executing the eCommerce trading & merchandising aspects of the Omni Digital strategy to drive conversion, sales, margin and customer satisfaction for the rebel brand.

Day to day will include, but not limited to: 

  • Online Category Strategy & Value Proposition: Execute eComm trading and merch components, working closely with Merch teams to review performance
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide support in reporting and analysis of category, customer, product and geographical performance
  • Online Range, Pricing & Promotions Management: Support the team in analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance conversion and category performance
  • Experience Optimisation: Review effectiveness of content assets and make recommendations to improve performance
  • Online Product Content: Ensure presentation of websites are executed in line with brand style guides
  • Website Personalisation: Work closely with aligned team to execute personalised experiences for customers using personalisation and segmentation capabilities
  • Product Taxonomy: Deliver on the agreed category and product taxonomy for site navigation as agreed with eCommerce Trading & Merchandising Manager

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar eCommerce Specialist role, with strong experience with digital practices including traffic analysis and business reporting
  • Knowledge, experience with eCommerce platforms within a retail environment
  • Strong skillset and experience in Google Analytics, MS Excel & other applicable eCommerce tools
  • High degree of verbal and written communication ability
  • Base coding skills in languages such as HTML, CSS is an advantage
