Our Assistant Store Managers are known internally as Customer Service Managers. They are leaders in guiding team members to attain excellence in customer service and sales. They have impeccable attention to detail and are motivated to ensure operational and service standards are consistently achieved.

Key attributes for the Assistant Store Manager are:

  • Proven experience in commerciality and understanding of driving store profitability.
  • Strong background in retail management, particularly in high-volume or large-scale operations.
  • Ability to deliver and enhance the best customer experience in line with RCX Rebel’s customer-first philosophy.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service management, with a focus on training and leading teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Experience working in one of the largest trading environments within Rebel, managing a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Capable of effectively managing and motivating teams to achieve inventory management goals and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
  • Proficiency in retail systems and technology to optimize operations and customer experience.
