About The Role:
A great opportunity for an experience merchandise professional to make genuine impact on the success of rebel & Super Retail Group by delivering consistent brand experiences through the execution of innovative visual merchandising strategies.
Day to day will include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate & Co-Create: Work hand-in-hand with teams across the business to develop & execute a visual merchandising strategy that perfectly complements our product ranges and brand activity
- Lead and Inspire: Be a key driver of internal store campaigns and cross-team projects that
- Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end process for exciting in-store campaigns, from concept development to execution, ensuring everything’s delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive Visual Excellence: Help design visual guides and planograms that make it easier for customers to navigate and experience our store ranges, while maximizing the sales potential of every space.
- Store Design Input: Partner with the store design team to ensure optimal use of space and showcase our products in the best light possible.
- Innovate with Fixtures & Signage: You’ll introduce fresh fixture solutions and oversee the development of signage—from promotional to pricing—to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
About You:
- Several years in visual merchandising or display design with experience in a variety of store layouts, from boutique to large-scale retailers, to understand different display challenges
- A proven track record of implementing innovative display concepts that drive customer engagement
- Skills in planning, organizing, and executing visual merchandising campaigns and store-wide rollouts
- Experience working with buying, marketing, and operations teams to align on product priorities and promotions
- Strong eye for design, colour, space & style with ability to create visually appealing displays & layouts that align with our rebel brand image and customer
- Understanding of retail metrics such as sales figures, foot traffic, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness and ROI of merchandising strategies
- Strong communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships
