We will drive delivery of world-class pumped hydro assets to provide the long-term storage and reliability needed to power Queensland’s clean energy future. Queensland Hydro will play a critical role in assisting the Queensland Government to meet its renewable energy targets and net zero emissions by 2050, supporting the shift in the Australian economy to a decarbonised energy system.

The Purpose

The Senior Project Engineer – Main Works (Shafts) will play a key role in supporting the delivery of underground Main Works by providing engineering and project management expertise, ensuring high-quality project design, review, and implementation, while overseeing construction execution and maintaining quality assurance for underground excavations and associated structures.
