Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support our clients in their IT project implementation
• Collaboration with multiple leaders within the client organization
• Providing leadership updates regarding status, risks, and issue escalation/resolution
• Oversight of project timelines and escalation of issues that are roadblocks in meeting those timelines
• Effective communication with the IT teams involved in efforts, the end business leadership teams, the IT Leadership team, and Executive Leadership
• Proactively working to solve issues associated with projects - content and delivery
• Independent thinking to solve problems and keep projects moving forward

Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum of 4+ years Project Management experience managing projects of various sizes.
• 1 year Agile experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Strong critical thinking ability
• Ability to think independently and problem solve
• Ability to communicate with the technical teams as well as the business teams - adjusting communication to the audience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to create documents for PM - project plans, powerpoint presentations, etc.
• Ability to lead project discussions effectively
