Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support our clients in their IT project implementation
- Collaboration with multiple leaders within the client organization
- Providing leadership updates regarding status, risks, and issue escalation/resolution
- Oversight of project timelines and escalation of issues that are roadblocks in meeting those timelines
- Effective communication with the IT teams involved in efforts, the end business leadership teams, the IT Leadership team, and Executive Leadership
- Proactively working to solve issues associated with projects - content and delivery
- Independent thinking to solve problems and keep projects moving forward
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of 4+ years Project Management experience managing projects of various sizes.
- 1 year Agile experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong critical thinking ability
- Ability to think independently and problem solve
- Ability to communicate with the technical teams as well as the business teams - adjusting communication to the audience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create documents for PM - project plans, powerpoint presentations, etc.
- Ability to lead project discussions effectively
