In this full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will help build a new technical capital construction team.
You will be a responsible for the supervision of a team of electricians, technicians or trades people who construct and install allocated construction projects. You will, oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of technical capital projects on time and within budget whilst building a successful team that embraces PowerNet’s culture to achieve the safe and efficient completion of work.
About you; skills, and experience:
- National Certificate in Electrical Supply Level 4 or equivalent electrical, technician, or engineering qualification
- NZ registration with the Electrical Workers Registration Board and hold a current practicing licence.
- Project Management experience
- A proven leader of people, developing and growing capability.
- At least 5 years relevant electricity experience, including working with HV equipment.
- Current Class 1 Driver's license
- Computer literacy and an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to review, develop and implement changes with industry technology.
- A good level of written and oral communication skills with proven experience with report writing.
