Are you someone who thrives on delivering results, solving complex challenges, and making data-driven decisions? Do you have the commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and accountability to take ownership of contract performance in a fast-moving, high-impact environment?

At Powerco, we’re looking for a high-performing Contract Performance Manager to optimise our delivery outcomes in areas such as our Electricity Field Services Agreements (EFSAs), ensuring our service providers deliver top-tier performance, efficiency, and compliance.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Own It – You’ll take charge of contract performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive Real Impact – Your insights will shape service delivery and improve efficiency and results across the network.
  • Work with the Best – Collaborate with a high-performing team that values accountability, smart thinking, and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tracking and analysing contractor performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for better outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and with service providers, influencing performance and accountability.
  • Managing commercial risks and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations that drive meaningful change.

Who This Role is For

  • A results-driven, commercially savvy professional with 5+ years in contract performance, commercial analysis, or supplier management.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives on solving challenges and improving processes.
  • An influencer who can hold stakeholders accountable while fostering positive relationships.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • A strong background in contract / commercial management, preferably with major projects or contracts.

If you’re excelling in your current role but looking for a bigger challenge with more influence, impact, and ownership, this could be the step up you’ve been waiting for. Let’s talk.
