At Powerco, we’re looking for a high-performing Contract Performance Manager to optimise our delivery outcomes in areas such as our Electricity Field Services Agreements (EFSAs), ensuring our service providers deliver top-tier performance, efficiency, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tracking and analysing contractor performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for better outcomes.
• Building strong relationships across the business and with service providers, influencing performance and accountability.
• Managing commercial risks and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
• Presenting insights and recommendations that drive meaningful change.

• A results-driven, commercially savvy professional with 5+ years in contract performance, commercial analysis, or supplier management.
• A strategic thinker who thrives on solving challenges and improving processes.
• An influencer who can hold stakeholders accountable while fostering positive relationships.

• A strong background in contract / commercial management, preferably with major projects or contracts.
