About the role

Reporting to the Business Partner Team Lead, this role partners with, engages and influences across different business units. Partnering with the business is key to this role.

There is lots to be done, both BAU and exciting projects. So for an accountant like you, now is a golden opportunity to make your mark on Powerco.

Our focus on continuing operational excellence and ongoing continuous improvement means we are developing future efficiencies in systems and processes. This is a great opportunity to bring your experience to help us on this exciting journey to improve the way we work in the future.

To be a success in this role, you will need:

• Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships across the business
• Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience and passion for continuous improvement
• To enjoy collaboration and have the ability to influence
• Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• A CA or equivalent qualification

It would be ideal if you have Finance Business Partner experience
