What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the commercial and financial aspects of a range of contracts including multi-million-dollar field service agreements.
• Overseeing contract execution, compliance, and risk management to protect Powerco’s interests.
• Building strong relationships with service providers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract delivery.
• Providing proactive health & safety oversight, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

• A commercially sharp operator with at least 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Someone with strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of legal frameworks.
• A natural relationship builder who can influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements.
• Technical experience in electricity, construction contracts or high volume field services preferred / or differentiator?
