About the role

The Projects Delivery Lead is responsible for developing, supporting and embedding programme, project, and change management capabilities across our business transformation portfolio. You’ll ensure our transformation initiatives have the right people and fit-for-purpose approaches to enable successful delivery – acting as a cross-functional integrator to align and drive our ways of working.

You’ll lead a team of delivery professionals and be accountable for defining approaches that enable effective delivery. You'll also play a key role partnering with leaders and teams across the portfolio, ensuring our delivery and change management approaches are embedded in how we work.

This is a leadership role for someone who balances structure with adaptability, and who thrives in a collaborative, forward-looking environment.

Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading and developing programme, project and change professionals.
  • A strong delivery mindset, combined with deep experience across delivery methodologies, in particular within digital and business transformation contexts.
  • The ability to co-create delivery frameworks that support flexibility and accountability.
  • A collaborative style with excellent influencing skills – able to work with effectively with various teams and leaders.
  • A people-first approach to delivery, including a strong grounding in change management, and familiarity with Service Design and Continuous Improvement.
  • A growth mindset – you’re always learning, evolving, and helping others do the same
