Internal Assurance Advisor

New Plymouth, Tauranga or Palmerston North

We need an Internal Assurance Advisor to help us maintain the highest standards in asset management. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and validate internal asset management processes, ensuring compliance with ISO55001.
  • Check design documentation for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Verify asset data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Monitor project changes to ensure compliance with approved limits and delegated authorities.
  • Evaluate asset management system performance, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare compliance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in asset management, quality assurance, or internal audit.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO55001 and asset management systems.
  • Ability to analyse complex data, optimize processes, and assess risks.
  • Relationship management and communication skills is key in this role.
