Technical Assurance Improvement Advisor

New Plymouth, Tauranga or Palmerston North

Are you passionate about continuous improvement, quality assurance, and driving operational excellence? Join Powerco as a Technical Assurance Improvement Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing our Technical Assurance Framework.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
  • Provide guidance on continuous improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Conduct assurance reviews and monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support teams in implementing and tracking improvement initiatives using best-practice methodologies.
  • Travel to sites across New Zealand to conduct assurance activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in quality assurance, internal audit, or compliance monitoring (ISO 9001 or ISO 55001 preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and process improvement frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, influence change, and communicate effectively.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
