We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Solutions Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing solutions across various projects and environments. About the role
As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with key stakeholders to co-design solutions to business problems. You'll often take on a technical lead role and enjoy mentoring others. You'll also be on the lookout for opportunities to create reusable components and develop automation to boost efficiency.
Reporting to the Solutions Development Lead, this role is high-impact and influential, with loads of variety and diverse stakeholder engagement. In our highly collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in identifying the right priorities, fostering high-quality decisions, and ensuring that our work delivers the value the business needs.
To be a success in this role, you will need:
- Experience in software development, with a strong background in developing and customising Salesforce applications.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards within the technology domain.
- Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working with external vendors/partners to achieve outcomes
It would ideal if you have:
- Experience with one or more of Powerco’s key enterprise platform(s) – Salesforce, SAP HANA, Esri, SAP Business Warehouse etc.
- Basic GIS experience, such as using common tools (like ESRI), and a general understanding of geospatial data.
