Programme Scheduler - 12 Months maternity leave cover
New Plymouth
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Scheduler to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave cover, starting as soon as possible. If you’re great at organising complex projects and enjoy working with people, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain schedules for our capital works projects.
- Solve problems by breaking down complex tasks into clear plans.
- Work closely with teams across the business to keep projects on track.
- Help us move to better tools and systems for managing our projects.
- Share your knowledge to help others improve their project skills.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in programme scheduling and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work well with others.
- A structured, adaptable approach to managing priorities.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the electricity or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with modern project management software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the North Island.
