This unique approach empowers you to create tailored therapy programs that prioritise resident goals and deliver evidence-based mobility and functional programs.

You’ll have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one therapy interventions, group-based active aging services, and ongoing care plan reviews, all while supporting our residents to achieve their best possible quality of life.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations for ADLs, mobility, transfers, and falls risk prevention.
• Assess and manage equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, and arthritic joint care.
• Develop effective pain management strategies for residents.
• Adapt and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of Plena Healthcare and aged care facilities.
• Work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession, delivering high-quality care.

• A bachelor’s degree
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
