Your New Role: Physiotherapist – Aged Care

As a qualified Physiotherapist working within Residential Aged Care, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team, delivering personalised therapy that makes a real difference in residents' lives.

This initiative allows our therapists to create bespoke, goal-driven therapy programs with a focus on function, mobility, wellbeing, and active aging.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will include a variety of meaningful responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing clinical recommendations to support daily living, mobility, falls prevention, and pain management
  • Creating individual and group therapy programs tailored to each resident’s goals
  • Supporting pressure care, equipment needs, skin integrity, and arthritic joint management
  • Collaborating closely with our aged care partners and your OT and allied health peers
  • Adapting to the dynamic needs of our residents and facilities while always working within professional scope

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
