Your Opportunity:
As a qualified Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll join a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team, providing personalised treatments that make a real difference.
You'll be part of an exciting and innovative approach to delivering allied health services to our wonderful clients. Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) empowers therapists to tailor therapy programs based on residents' goals and priorities. This pathway delivers evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support clients’ daily living activities, mobility, transfers, and falls prevention.
- Manage pain relief strategies, equipment needs, arthritic joint care, pressure area management, and skin integrity.
- Adapt flexibly to the needs of Plena Healthcare and aged care facilities while working within the professional scope of physiotherapy.

- A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
