Your Opportunity:
As a qualified Occupational Therapist in a community setting, you’ll join a large, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team focused on delivering personalized care.
In this role, you’ll leverage your OT expertise to provide clinical and therapeutic interventions that support positive health and well-being outcomes for our clients. You will be guided by clinical treatment pathways designed to achieve optimal rehabilitation and help our clients meet their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private Funding.
- We are not your typical community provider—we set achievable and realistic billable KPIs to ensure success (ask us for more details).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to improve clients' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Adapt and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of Plena and community-based providers while working within the scope of Occupational Therapy practice.

To Join Our Inspiring Team, You Will Need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and a National Police Check
