The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Melbourne team ideally based in Ballarat or Bendigo. Where you will be delivering high-quality mobile services to adults in residential aged care. You will work with clients living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct swallowing and communication assessments for adults in residential aged care and the community
- Provide intervention for dysphagia and communication difficulties, including via telehealth
- Manage your calendar and choose work hours and locations that suit you
- Potential national travel to support clients in regional areas
- Collaborate closely with our national team of Speech Pathologists and other healthcare professionals
- Offer consultative and educational support to clients, families, and colleagues

About You:
You are a qualified Speech Pathologist with an active membership to Speech Pathology Australia. You’re passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of clients, and you’re comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and providing telehealth services. A driver’s license and reliable transport are essential for this role.
