Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Physiotherapist in Residential Aged Care, you'll become part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalized care to our residents.

You'll be at the forefront of an innovative approach to allied health services, shaping the future of care delivery for our amazing clients. Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence, offers you the unique opportunity to tailor therapy programs that are aligned with each resident’s goals and priorities. The pathway integrates evidence-based mobility and functional programs, comprehensive care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services, providing a holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to enhance residents’ activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint care, and pain management.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities while working within the scope of your professional practice.

• A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
