Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for new home construction and a drive to make an impact? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, shape strategy and product, whilst delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What you’ll do:

As Sales Manager, you will lead a growing, high-performing team, driving sales strategy, team development and customer experience. From the first step into our display homes to handing over to our dedicated customer service team, you’ll ensure a seamless, customer focused journey.

This is an opportunity to influence business growth, identify market opportunities, and ensure we remain the builder of choice for Queensland families.

Your role will focus on:

  • Leading, mentoring and coaching the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Driving a high-performance sales culture through training, support and accountability
  • Collaborating with our operational and functional teams to evolve the customer experience
  • Driving business growth through strategic decision making
  • Managing overheads and operating costs within the division
  • Using data to inform decision making and strategy
  • Building and maintaining industry networks and strategic partner relationships
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends, pricing strategies and competitor activity
  • Supporting and overseeing a geographically dispersed sales team across South East Queensland through regular visits and communication

What we’re looking for

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role (experience in the construction / residential housing sector strongly preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes and developer guidelines
  • Appetite for personal growth and development
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership and coaching skills
  • Well versed using CRM tools to support data driven decision making
