We provide a range of building surveying services as well as essential service management with the necessary local knowledge and experience to understand local regulations, compliance and design considerations. The Opportunity:

We are looking for a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, that can take ownership of tasks & has a strong sense of urgency; with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. This role will offer you a broad scope of responsibilities and exposure to different areas of the business and stakeholders. It is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and drive change. Your day to day will include:

  • Front office reception duties including greeting customers 
  • Supporting project managers to meet their clients’ needs including producing professional reports, proposals and tenders
  • Communicating, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Taking calls and fielding enquiries
  • General office tasks such as data entry, filing, raising purchase orders.
  • Setting up administration processes and procedures
  • Processing of building permit applications

What you bring:

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

  • Prior experience in office administration essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • An ability to work flexibly and adapt to a changing environment
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Tech savvy mentality with MS Office skills at an intermediate to advanced level is desirable. 
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A team player is a must but you need to also be comfortable operating autonomously and happy to be self directed
