The Opportunity:

We have ambitious plans to grow our Queensland Business, this is an exciting time to join as we launch into our 2030 strategy!

  • Mentorship and Growth: Learn from and be guided by senior and principal engineers.
  • Diverse Design Tasks: Engage in designing access roads, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, services coordination, pavements, and interdisciplinary coordination across various market sectors
  • Exciting Projects: Work on projects spanning energy, renewable energy, resources, civic, water and transport markets.Design Management: Lead design activities and packages independently, while also overseeing and coordinating the work of others.
  • Client Interaction: Opportunity to grow relationships with clients, both internal and external
  • Collaborative Environment: Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and other professionals across the business
  • Business Development: Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, pursuing new work and writing proposals.
  • Impactful Work: Report to the National Civil Engineering Capability Lead and use your design skills to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients, including tier 1 contractors, resource and energy companies, and state and local governments.

  • Energetic, Flexible, and Positive Attitude: Bring your enthusiasm and adaptability to our team.
  • QLD-Based Experience: Experience with design and construction projects in Queensland is preferred.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with a ‘can-do' attitude and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in design and design management, preferably including multidisciplinary work with at least 7-10 years of experience as a civil engineer in a design office environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in general civil engineering design across energy, resources, or similar market areas, and general civil design work.
  • Professional Qualifications: Currently hold or be eligible for CPEng and/or RPEQ .write a knock out question
