The Opportunity:
As Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Executive, Clients & Markets, Capability leaders and our amazing people. Your mission? To bring our brand to life, boost our market presence, and keep our clients engaged and enthusiastic about partnering with us.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with pitt&sherry's strategic objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent communication of pitt&sherry's strategic vision and operating principles across all channels, maintaining and promoting brand integrity.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Campaign Development: Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, advertising, and creative projects.
- Creatives: Manage creative services, design direction, and brand digital assets across external design, print, and web agency relationships.
- Client Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and intermediaries to drive an increase in client appreciation drivers, supported through a client appreciation program.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing, communications, and bids and pursuits team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, making data-driven adjustments when needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively: In particular People & Culture in driving the EVP for current and future talent, change programs, and supporting key organisational initiatives
What you bring:
- Experience: 15+ years experience in Marketing & Communications
- Industry Experience: Experience in Professional Services, ideally within engineering, though other relevant industries will be considered.
- Strategic Execution: Proven track record of strategy development and execution.
- Cultural Leadership: A values-driven leader with a strong desire to play a key role in our culture. You lead with care, ensuring teams feel valued, supported and visible.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or a related field
