The Opportunity:
- Provide cross functional team support and coverage as and when required
- Assist with various month end tasks ensuring accuracy for internal reporting requirements
- Assist with Finance team process and personnel development with a specific focus on Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure all ongoing finance related statutory compliance obligations are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist with the implementation of tools, reporting and cadence of a revamped business partnering programme.
- Assist with budget modelling and associated processes.
- Assist with internal and external year-end reporting needs.
- Manage the fixed asset register, including monthly reconciliations.
- Adhoc duties as required, including but not limited to assessment of internal processes, review of prevailing systems and efficiencies and recommendations for improvement
What you bring:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 3 + years experience
- Experience in WIP reporting (preferred)
- Highly developed administrative and organisational abilities and demonstrated extensive experience in performing administrative functions at a more senior level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
