Exciting Opportunity to join our client who is a Public Practice Accounting Firm as a Practice Manager.

This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of experience in a similar role within a public practice accounting environment, who is confident, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Principal of the firm ensuring seamless administration and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About our client:

Our client is a well-established and well-respected accounting firm conveniently located in Parramatta.

What We're Looking For:

You will be an individual who excels on keeping things organised, appreciates the need for workflow processes, able to manage multiple tasks effortlessly and has a sharp eye for detail.

You will be known for your outstanding communication skills and ability to manage others to ensure outcomes are achieved. You will have 2 administrators reporting directly to you.

Essential Criteria:

·         Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar coordination role within the accounting industry

·         Experience managing and creating a positive client experience

·         Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, & Xero XPM)

·         Proficient in the MS Office Suite

·         Experience with government portals (e.g., ATO and ASIC portals).

·         Excellent office management skills

·         Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to effectively work with others to achieve work related outcomes

·         Ability to skillfully manage ATO communications and assist clients navigate successful outcomes with ease

·         Ability to guide clients through ASIC compliance for corporate register management, annual statements, and compliance requirements

·         Experience skillfully managing documentation and client files

 Desirable Criteria:

·         Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, business or administration
