Our client is a dynamic paediatric therapy centre committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and their families. Their multidisciplinary team is dedicated to fostering development, enhancing learning, and promoting independence in children with diverse needs and their facility boasts a children-specific clinic with sensory rooms and a kid’s gym, designed to engage children with a fun therapeutic environment

The Role:

  • Lead with passion and purpose and utilise your leadership skills to help you team grow and develop their skills and manage team workflows and staff management.
  • Develop innovative therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families and educators to create supportive environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • A registered Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and resourceful, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Committed to excellence and ongoing professional growth.
  • Eager to work within a team, valuing collaboration and interaction with colleagues.
