Our client, a well-established and reputable strata management company, is seeking a skilled and proactive Strata Manager to join their team in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, working closely with owners' corporations to manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and foster strong relationships. About You:

You’re a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. You thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3 + years of experience in strata management
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
• A strata license or certificate of registration
• The ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve effectively
