We are seeking an energetic, agile and team orientated Accounts Assistant professional to join our clients team based in their Picton Office. This role will report through to the Tax Manager

Our client is a boutique wealth management firm, offering holistic and tailored advice to clients in the areas of taxation, financial planning and mortgages across 4 office locations.
About this role:
In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations by handling a variety of administrative, bookkeeping, and financial tasks.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial department by managing accounts payable and receivable, administration of inflows and outflows for all taxation matters including general bookkeeping and self-managed super funds (SMSF) administration.
What we are looking for:
This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll need to have a professional attitude; accounts experience and be comfortable speaking to both internal and external customers.
You’ll need to have 2 years previous experience in an accounts receivable and accounts payable role
You will have a high proficiency level using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Class Super (for SMSF’s) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Hold suitable qualifications in accounting

Our client is offering a competitive salary of $70, 000 - $80,000 plus superannuation for the right candidate. WFH 1 day per week after probationary period is available.
