Here you will be joining a business that delivers a holistic and tailored financial planning service to their clients across 4 office locations. This is a prominent position where you’ll be part of a close-knit team, ensuring that clients feel, without a doubt, that they are in very good hands.

The Implementation Officer will be assisting new and existing clients implement the recommendations made by their Financial Adviser.

In this role you will:

·       Action tasks that are established from a workflow which is created from recommendations made in our SOA by our advisers

·       Follow tasks triggered by Implementation workflows once a client has agreed to proceed with the recommendations made by our adviser

·       Liaise with each client and with third parties such as platform administration providers and insurance companies

·       Complete the implementation process in a timely and accurate manner

·       Prepare documents for signing by clients and also assist them execute those documents

·       Regularly follow up clients and third parties.

·       Provide constant updates and feedback to the financial advisers your supporting

·       Collaborate closely with financial advisers to translate client goals into actionable strategies and recommendations.

·       Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

·       Conduct regular follow-ups with client’s post-implementation to review progress and make necessary adjustments.

·       Oversee Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) processes in alignment with legislative requirements, and ongoing management of FDS/ annual review needs of client book.

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

·       A polished presentation and superior communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Knowledge of the administration and implementation requirements around the processing of superannuation, investment and insurance products

·       Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role within a financial services organisation

·       A strong attention to detail

·       Excellent organisational and follow-through skills

·       An ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.

·       An ability to anticipate what is required of you and to work without supervision

·       Knowledge of the retail financial advice regulatory environment, and an understanding of the importance of working within that framework.

·       Diploma or degree in Financial Services is advantageous but not essential

Our client is offering a competitive salary of $65, 000 - $80,000 plus superannuation for the right candidate. WFH 1 day per week after probationary period is available.
