As our company continues to experience growth, we are seeking to expand our team to accommodate our expanding operations. We are currently on the lookout for a driven Travel Coordinator to join our team at the Brisbane Head Office.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our business operations across Australia, particularly in mobilising our workforce across different work sites.

Your key deliverables include:

  • Organising flights and accommodation for employees to remote sites
  • Liaising with the site leadership team regarding the logistics
  • Problem-solve any flight and/or accommodation issues and come up with solutions
  • Provide transport and mobilisation information to ensure everyone understands how and when to get to the camp/site
  • Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed, while working closely with the Talent and Admin teams
  • Assist with any flight disruptions

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy Corporate Travel or Travel Coordinator role with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of domestic fares and fare rules
  • Working experience with AMEX Global Business Travel and Serko would be seen as a definite advantage
  • Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A friendly and positive ‘can do’ attitude whilst working under pressure
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Well-developed administrative and time management skills
  • High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements
  • Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
