Your Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings
• Lead, mentor and develop your design team to deliver quality, safe and cost-effective outcomes
• Assist with estimating deliverables
• RPEQ certification of your team’s deliverables
• Designing MV and LV reticulation systems across the Hydro-electric and Gas fired Power Stations as well as our Oil & Gas and Industrial clients
• MV and HV Protection and Coordination Studies
• Earthing and Lightening Protection Studies
• Design of Instrumentation and Control systems would be highly regarded

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Chartered Status (CPEng) is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in design quality assurance processes and relevant standards.
• Skilled in generating detailed technical reports and project scopes.
• Strong understanding of HV substations, control, automation, and protection systems.
• Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and leading engineering teams.
• Design of substation Earthing would be highly regarded.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at working independently or collaboratively.
• Effective communicator with a willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Demonstrated experience in CAD software such as AutoCad.
• Demonstrated experience in Power System Analysis using PowerCad, PTW or ETAP would be highly regarded.
