PHE are a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure industries with a comprehensive range of skilled personnel, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on one of our remote mine sites, on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

Flights from capital cities, accommodation, and transport to the site each day will be provided. 

THE ROLE:

In this role you will provide day-to-day support to the leadership team in our Mining Division, which includes:

  • Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding
  • Roster / accommodation and flights coordination
  • Coordinating employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix
  • Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records
  • Creditor/Debtor invoicing
  • Daily timesheets management
  • Maintain various reports for Senior Management
  • General office and administrative duties as required

ABOUT YOU: 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be favourable but not essential.
  • Experience with MYOB
  • Previous experience in a similar role
