A P&G Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

  • Graphic designers create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral and other published materials in print and online
  • They are responsible for selecting and arranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing colors and influencing the concept for the design.
  • They also conduct press checks
  • Collaborates closely with Product Designer (UX) partner in wireframe and design decision handoff, as well as with the software engineers on their team, focusing on smoothly handing off assets for development and facilitating UI reviews of the live code
  • Has the opportunity to upskill in design leadership through team process initiatives, lead communication with stakeholders, and establish UI design practices.

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of the latest graphic design software is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are important, as they frequently interact with other creative team members, such as production artists, writers, art directors and creative directors.
  • Has intermediate skills in UI design and mid-level knowledge of UI design principles as well as some experience in design delivery and UI research.
  • Ensures the quality and consistency in UI design deliverables, which can include mockups and clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, simple animations, and anything else the product team might need. Able to interpret brand guidelines into digital UI for their product.
  • Has mid-level knowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility and anything else the product team might need.
