Trainer

A P&G Trainer will be responsible for:

• Work with Project Leaders to develop training requirements for partners.
• Develop selling skills training for partners and ensure global implementation
• Drive product training on a timely basis by collaborating with specialists in each product line.
• Periodically revise training materials to keep them up-to-date.
• Manage digitized repository of training material to ensure easy access to channel partners and managers
• Implement training modules on internal portal to assign and track training credit
• Manage University weeks on an annual basis ensuring timely registrations and target partner participation.
• Drive regular surveys to obtain feedback on existing training and identify needs/gaps for new training.
