A P&G Product Researcher will:
- Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work
- Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research
- Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer
- Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions
- Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs
- Submits products for analytical testing
- Utilizes P&G Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS
- Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically
Role must haves:
- Products Research
- Sensory Science experience
- MS Office
