A P&G Product Researcher will be responsible for:
- Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work.
- Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.
- Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.
- Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.
- Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
- Submits products for analytical testing.
- Utilizes P&G Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.
- Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
Must have:
- Preparing test plans using current knowledge of systems such as Nexus, Enovia, and Cispro experience
- Additional Experience in project management, or work process ownership
- Excellent Communications/Collaboration skills to lead meetings, listening to feedback/input to put into clear actions, written updates to Initiative teams/leadership, peers and escalate help requests/issues. Strong Collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Champion Productivity- Demonstration of skills/experience to analyze data for utilization in results reporting (written/oral), quant analysis, qual analysis and work process improvement. Is capable to demonstrate mastery within Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Office 365 Tools.
