Your role as a Supervisor Cleaning will involve:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping, including supervising staff, managing timesheets and developing rosters for delivery of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements
  • Management of cleaning contractors when required
  • Manage inspections and compliance by undertaking audits and Job Safety Analysis
  • Ensure customer service delivery and satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
  • Ensuring the team are well equipped and work efficiently, with safety at the forefront of all tasks completed
  • Ensure all meeting rooms, lunchrooms, kitchens and open plan areas are kept tidy, consumables replenished, dishes put away and rubbish cleared
  • Responsible for ensuring all cleaning equipment is looked after and maintained
  • Responsible for managing inventory, ordering all cleaning products and consumables across the site and maintaining kitchen, lunchrooms with Tea, Coffee, Milk, sugar etc
  • Requirement to have a hands-on approach in supporting the cleaning function on an as needs basis
  • Coordinate heavy cleaning jobs and high cleans upon request from the business
  • Notify building management of any repairs required
  • Ensure all chemicals are mixed safety and disposed of appropriately


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Enjoys working collaboratively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Cert IV in Leadership (desirable)
