Your role as a Advisor Internal Communications will involve : 

  • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and tactical internal and external communications plans and initiatives related to GC internal affairs - linking the internal and external components together – and coordinating delivery with other Corporate Affairs team members.
  • Provide communications advice, guidance and support to Executives, General Managers and Senior Leaders to develop communications strategies and messages that support the achievement of overall business goals.
  • Develop and produce of communication materials consistent with brand and in alignment with corporate objectives and priorities.
  • Write a range of materials including communications plans, briefing materials, updates, talking points, media releases and CEO/SLT messages
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective working relationships between communications resources across the team, producing communication frameworks, strategies and tactical plans and materials for business and project outcomes

We are looking for someone who has the following: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations.
  • Experience in an internal communications, communications or public relations role is essential
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
