Our team are currently looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to assist our Chiefs to achieve their business objectives during a 12 months FTC.
What you'll do:
You'll be providing efficient, effective high-level administration support for the Executive Leadership team and General Managers, under the direction from the Executive Business Support Manager. This will involve formatting and proofing complex documentation for stakeholder and public information as well as ensuring effective and efficient administration support to the wider teams. It will be highly desirable if you have construction or project experience.
This role will coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external stakeholder meeting requirements. The Executive Business Partner will also report on purchasing against target budgets, monitor compliance of the procurement process and department document review and control.
About you:
You'll be a relationship builder, quick to problem solve and focused. It is likely you will have spent several years in an EA or Senior Business Administration role and you are naturally organised with strong attention to detail skills, whilst managing changing and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
Your technical skills in MS Office are second to none, and it is essential that you have experience with Financial software (TechOne, CiAnywhere or similar) and InDesign.
