We have a unique opportunity for an Airline Contracts Manager to join our Commercial and Aviation team.


What you'll do:

• Interpret and track contractual commitments under Aeronautical Services Agreements and other contracts.

• Communicate key obligations and issue formal notices.

• Drive project milestones through regular meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery of all contract-related deliverables.

• Develop templates, gather and coordinate input from multiple departments to create a single source of truth for reporting to internal teams and Airlines.

• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks in line with PAPL’s Risk Management Framework.

 

About you:

• Highly experienced commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to understand, interpret, and act on complex contracts.

• Exposure to project management, particularly in delivering on large commercial contracts.

• Highly skilled in developing reports and presenting data clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise across multiple teams and manage key stakeholder relationships.

• Skilled in managing risks and ensuring business continuity, applying sound judgment to navigate complex issues.

• A clear communicator who is able to make complex decisions whilst focusing on performance and accountability.

• Excellent attention to detail, planning and time management a must.

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
