Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Portfolio Services Coordinator
What you'll do:
As a Portfolio Services Coordinator, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the Capital Program portfolio services team.
Your tasks will include managing project information and document control, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project reports. You'll handle diary management, assist with stakeholder events, and ensure accurate records management. Additionally, you'll support procurement activities, track permit submissions, and update project risk registers.
Your role will also involve assisting in preparing tender submissions, managing office requirements, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a safety culture within the team.
About you:
· Hold a qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or have over 5 years of experience in a senior role.
· Have at least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within the construction or aviation sectors.
· Proficient in compiling reports and tender documentation would be highly desired.
· Strong familiarity with SharePoint and related software.
· Skilled in document control and information management, with a deep understanding of Aconex for managing document versions and workflows.
· Capable of managing project communications and document access among multiple stakeholders through Aconex.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
