Were on the lookout for a Capital Planning and Strategy manager to lead capital strategy, planning to align investments with organisational objectives. Oversee reporting, forecasting, and expenditure controls while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. This role will see you providing strategic insights to the Board and driving impactful capital management initiatives.
About the Role
- Leading the capital reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with governance frameworks.
- Developing and implementing capital strategies, planning, and forecasting to inform investment decisions.
- Overseeing capital values, approval processes, and expenditure controls to safeguard data integrity and mitigate risks.
- Supporting Airline Services Agreements (ASA) by aligning capital investments with obligations and compliance.
- Managing capital delegations and governance frameworks, ensuring they evolve with organisational growth.
- Preparing high-quality capital reports for the Board, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) and CPA/CA/ACCA qualifications.
- Extensive experience in capital management, financial reporting, and governance within construction-intensive industries or large capital projects.
- Expertise in capital planning, forecasting, governance frameworks, and financial controls.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset, high integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
