We are currently looking for and experienced Operations Technical Coordinator to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee airside driving safety regime by adhering to PAPL Airside Vehicle Control Handbook and administering key technical systems and agreements for Authority to Drive Airside (ADA) and Authority to Use Airside (AUA) approvals, and Airside Operating License (AOL)
  • Service Standards reporting for Airline Partners and Intranet data management
  • Collaborate with the Operations Standards Manager on ongoing performance reporting,
  • Ensure compliance with CASA and ICAO legislation and PAPL Airside Operations Standards
  • Contribute to risk management initiatives for airfield operations
  • Conduct airside audits to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Support the review and management of regulatory documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

 

About you:

  • Considerable experience in Airport Operations or other aviation domains with a strong commitment to safety-first practices
  • Relevant qualifications or comprehensive operational experience in aviation
  • Rational problem solver with excellent prioritisation and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation to real-world operational challenges
  • Exceptional process management skills with a track record of delivering results
  • Proficient in using systems to design, manage, and optimize operational outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in compliance
  • Excellent documentation, computer and MS Word Suite skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
