Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advisor – Consents.

What you'll do:

You are responsible for the support and management of the Consents systems and processes for all works being undertaken on the Perth Airport Estate.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk mitigation relative to compliance and financial controls, keeping up to date with current legislative requirements and actively promoting and participating in Projects & Planning initiatives where required.

You'll be coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a high level of rapport with key regulators, tenants, contractors suppliers and Perth Airport teams, working alongside key stakeholders to achieve key business and Consents objectives.

You will drive the implementation and development of best practices across Approvals and Applications being at the forefront of streamlining and business improvement opportunities within the Consents space.

About you:

We require you to have prior experience in a construction or project management environment with up to date knowledge of current legislation relevant to the role. We need you to have experience in developing and supporting approvals systems and applications.

You are able to work as part of a team and autonomously. You think creatively to solve problems, and have a high level written and verbal communication We also expect you to be detailed orientated and enjoy data driven research.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the Environment field, with previous demonstrated experience in a similar role.
