Pensar is expanding in Tasmania, and we are looking for talented infrastructure professionals to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality water and structures projects, we want to hear from you! This role will be based in Hobart, with flexibility to travel and work across Tasmania as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals and emerging talent for the following roles:
- Site Foreman – Oversee the delivery of projects across water and structures projects.
- Project / Site Engineers – Play a key role in project execution, ensuring engineering and construction excellence.
- Supervisors – Lead site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
- Graduate Engineers – Kickstart your engineering career by working on innovative and essential infrastructure projects.
- Construction Workers – Hands-on roles supporting civil and water infrastructure projects across Tasmania.

What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines (for engineering roles)
- Experience in water, structures, or civil infrastructure (for technical and supervisory roles)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel and work across Tasmania as required
