Construction Worker

Pensar Infrastructure is seeking dedicated, safety-focused Construction Workers to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Lead by example and follow all safety directions. Ensure all tasks are performed safely, wear PPE as required and report any incidents or hazards.
• Environmental Responsibility: Help maintain compliance with environmental management requirements, report incidents, and assist in environmental checks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets Pensar’s high standards and report any quality issues to your Supervisor.

Key Competencies:

• High level of physical fitness
• Ability to read technical plans and drawings
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Compliance with safety procedures and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work in different teams, cramped spaces, or at heights
• Knowledge of building materials and practices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory:
• Open Driver’s Licence (Manual or HR preferred)
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Desirable:
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket
• First Aid & CPR or Rescue from a Live LV Panel
• Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, or Hepatitis A, B vaccinations
• Willingness to complete a Certificate III in a relevant field

No prior experience is required, but we value a positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
