Concrete Supervisor

With a strong pipeline of projects in the Hunter region, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Supervisor to lead our concrete remediation and protective coating specialists.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader in the remedial and coating sectors. You thrive in complex and technical concrete remediation projects and have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Your leadership style fosters collaboration, and you take pride in mentoring your team while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

What You Need

• Proven experience supervising technical concrete remediation projects (e.g., reservoirs, bridges, wharves, treatment plants)
• Hands-on experience in concrete spall repair, crack injection, and concrete coating applications (polyurea coatings advantageous)
• Expertise in resurfacing concrete (epoxy rendering advantageous)
• Experience in UHP blasting or abrasive blasting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel when required (Drive-In, Drive-Out arrangements available)
• Own reliable transport
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Adaptability and reliability to meet project needs
