The Role

As our Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first touchpoint for our clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident as they embark on their transformative journey. Your warmth, organisational skills, and passion for helping others will set the tone for their experience at Palladium Private.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Welcoming Voice: Conduct pre-arrival calls that inspire confidence and ease for our clients.
  • Shape Client Journeys: Lead orientations that clarify program expectations and address individual needs.
  • Build Connections: Collaborate with the Intake and on-site teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Support Holistic Care: Address operational concerns and assist in occasional group sessions to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay Dynamic: Enjoy variety in your day, from 10am-6pm shifts to handling diverse client and team interactions.

What You Bring

  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly.
  • Compassion, resilience, and professionalism in supporting individuals facing mental health or addiction challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle priorities with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy skills to manage communications and administrative tasks.

The Essentials

  • Experience in customer service or administration roles (essential).
  • Exposure to mental health or AOD settings (highly desirable).
  • Cert IV in AOD, Mental Health, or Community Services (preferred).
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications, valid Driver’s License, and Police Check.
