We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Entry & Scheduling Assistant to support our scheduling, admissions, and operations teams. If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and supporting a high-functioning team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of guest itineraries, therapy schedules, and staff rosters, helping to create a seamless experience for both guests and staff.
The Day-to-Day
As a Data Entry & Scheduling Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate guest programs—booking therapies, planning itineraries, and ensuring a smooth journey from admission to completion.
- Support the scheduling team—plan, book, and monitor therapy and staff rosters.
- Liaise with key teams—communicating changes and updates with admissions, operations, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Prepare guest documentation—ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before arrival.
- Organise guest transfers—coordinating transport for arrivals and departures.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency—ensuring all data entry and scheduling tasks are completed with precision.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Strong organisational and planning skills—with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail—accuracy is key!
- Great communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confidence with technology—experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
- The ability to adapt in a dynamic environment—things can change quickly, and we need someone who thrives under pressure.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset—you don’t just spot issues, you solve them!
